Find My SME, a networking platform, connects corporate trainers (SMEs) with organizations seeking their expertise to train their employees.
SMEs create a profile on the site highlighting their expertise. Organizations search, at no cost, specific topics and criteria for training and are matched with SMEs who meet their training needs. Organizations connect with the SME directly to vet and discuss additional details about the training request.
SMEs negotiate their own contracts and terms. Find My SME’s sole purpose is to be a connection point to help you get your foot in the door.

Your profile is your marketing page. Organizations will review your profile to determine if you are a good candidate for their training needs. It is important you complete every field of your profile with enough information to attract interest. In addition, keeping your profile updated, including your picture, will help keep you competitive and marketable.
Customer reviews are a valuable addition to your profile. Studies have shown that people are more likely to choose individuals who have positive reviews over those who have zero reviews. Tip: reach out to your previous clients to write a review on your page.
Find My SME is subscription-based for SMEs only. This means there is no cost for organizations to search the site and connect SMEs. After the initial connection, the SME and organization requesting their service will determine an agreed price for services rendered on their own accord.
SMEs only pay a monthly or yearly fee to advertise their profile. We do not ask for any additional pay or cuts from the contracts received. We want SMEs to be successful and taking from their bottle line is not what we do.
