Shirley Hinton, PMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM, CSM, CSP, SMC, ITIL 4 Strategist: DPI (Direct, Plan, Improve), is contributor to the PMI PMBoK and a globally recognized PMI Authorized Training Instructor. She is in charge of Corporate Education and consulting at TeachPath®, a PMI® Global Authorized Training Partner. She is a featured speaker at PMI® sponsored project management conventions and is a contributor and reviewer for many project management books, including the popular PMI® Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), PMI’s Guide to Program Management (PgMP), and PMI’s Guide to Risk Management. Ms. Hinton’s credentials include several levels of scrum certification and project management certification, and she enjoys teaching others how to use project management and agile principles effectively to save time, money, and stress.
